How To Take Balance?
Each individual will experience slightly different effects. It is best to experiment with portion sizes taken at different times of the day to discover what works best for you, depending on the desired results. Start slow and gradually increase your dose as necessary after observing results.
Fill the tincture & place 4-6 drops (10-15mg) under your tongue. Leave there for 30 seconds before swallowing. Use up to 3 times a day.
If this is your first time taking CBD, stand in front of a mirror and gently squeeze the tincture under your tongue, counting 4 drops.
Bottle size: 10ml / 500mg CBD – 1 drop = 2.5mg CBD
