How to take CBD oil

Because everyone is different, the amount of CBD oil you need to take is not a one-size fits all. We’ve provided some usage recommendations for first-timers to help you feel like your best self again.

Once you’ve chosen your dose, all you need to do is fill the tincture & place the desired amount of drops under your tongue. Then, leave it there for 1-minute to absorb.

Purchased this after seeing it recommended by Unsah - and i have to say i am SO grateful. I have been suffering from insomnia last 7-8 years. I am a very light sleeper and usually wake up every 1-2 hours in the night and it takes me ages to fall back asleep again. Since i have been taking 4-5 drops every night I have been sleeping so so well. I don't even wake up once! I have recently also started taking it in the morning to help with stress and anxiety. The two days i accidentally forgot to take a dosage before sleep i actually woke up a few times. Still shocked at the reuslts but a very happy customer. Also the customer service is amazing - I was helped by Rahsheen who was super helpful and informative.
